Last week we watched multiple efforts move at the Minnesota Legislature to amend Minnesota's cannabis laws. The MinnPost did a nice breakdown; bills included:

Home grow for medical cannabis patients: HF3766

Patient protection: HF3760

Medical cannabis-tribal sales: HF4195

Medical cannabis health conditions: HF4789

Counterfeit packaging: HF4377

Low-potency hemp products: HF4629

Illegal drug tax repeal: SF 3670

Underage possession: HF 4635 and SF 3925

DNR lands restriction: SF 4538

Cannabis advertising: HF 5101

Health labeling: SF 5079

Jen's take: Many of these proposals received hearings and are still in play, though many are being consolidated into a single cannabis omnibus bill for the next phase of the legislative process.

The Legislature re-convenes on Tuesday, April 2, at which point I expect more hearings and some compromises beginning to emerge. Stay tuned!
